Khus Oil for Lord Vishnu Puja

The fragrance of Khus Oil also famously known as the Vetiver Oil denotes sweet, earthy and reviving fragrance. Khus Oil is also known for its therapeutic and spiritual properties. 

Oils are widely used in puja ceremonies and play an integral role in connecting with the deities. Lord Vishnu, one of the principle deities in Hinduism is believed to be associated with Khus Oil. 

Application: 
 

• You may offer the oil directly to the deity idol or Yantra during abhishek.
• Mix few drops of the oil in the abhishek water or milk to make it fragrant before offering to the deity.
• Take few drops in a small piece of cotton or on a flower and offer to the deity.
