Meditation Stick

This Meditation stick made in solid wood in golden inlay design is a traditional tool used for Yoga, meditation and mantra chanting practice. With detachable feature, the stick is portable and easy to carry during travel. The stick symbolises the cosmic pillar which is the centre of Universe thus serves as reminder to keep the ever-wandering mind to be focused and centred. 

For Mantra Japa: The curvy portion is used to rest the arm while raising hand during the Mantra japa as the mala should not hang below naval point as mark of respect. Pranayam: The armpit is placed on the curvy portion for changing the course of breath flow from left to right nostril or vice versa as one of the practices of Pranayam.
