Three fresh non holed collector grade 5 mukhis when soaked in a large glass/jug of water for 5-10 hours charge the water to build heath and release toxins from the body. Consume the water first thing in the morning or throughout the day. 

Beads maintain energy lifelong and it is recommended to dry them every few days under fan and then reuse. When not in use, keep in refrigerator.

Bead size: Rudraksha are available in many sizes and grouped in regular, small and large sizes. For Nepal variety, N denotes regular size, NS small and NL is large size. Choice of size selection depends on the personal choice of the wearer.
