Camphor (Kapur)

According to the ancient scriptures and holy texts, burning camphor symbolizes connection with the Gods. Camphor, when burned, leaves no trace which indicates total surrender to the almighty. Camphor also referred as Kapur, is the most common Pooja offering to the deities in the household. It releases a strong and heavy fragrance when burned. Camphor is often burned at the end of every Pooja ritual and signifies becoming pure through divine grace. It spreads positivity and purifies the environment.
