Cow Puja and Charity (Gau Puja)

Cow Donation (Gau Daan), Daan Dakshina or donation charity is one of the noblest acts according to Dharma. It is also mentioned in the ancient Holy Scriptures that, donating a Cow to a needy Brahmin is one of the finest deeds. Doing so is said to wash away all the past karmas and appease the Divine. Through Daan Dakshina devotees can wash away negative karma.
