Blood Pressure
Blood pressure is the vigor with which your blood pushes against the sidewalls of your arteries as it is circulated throughout your body. Blood pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and expressed as systolic and diastolic pressures. A healthy blood pressure is usually considered to be between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmHg. Low blood pressure (hypotension) is seldom a reason for concern, however it may induce dizziness and fainting in some persons. If left untreated, high blood pressure (hypertension) may raise your chance of developing serious illnesses such as heart attacks and strokes.
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
High blood pressure is often associated with harmful lifestyle behaviors such as smoking, excessive alcohol use, being overweight, and not exercising enough. High blood pressure, if left untreated, may raise your chance of developing a variety of significant long-term health disorders, including coronary heart disease and renal disease. Its most noticeable symptoms are unbearable headaches, chest pain, difficulty breathing, irregular heartbeat, fatigue and vision problems.
Low Blood Pressure (Hypotension)
It is less frequent to have low blood pressure. As a side effect, several medications may produce low blood pressure. It may also be caused by a variety of underlying illnesses, such as heart failure or dehydration. Its most frequent symptoms are a general feeling of weakness, blurred vision, confusion, fainting, feeling sick and lightheadedness or dizziness.
If you experience some of the symptoms described above then consult your doctor as the only way to determine whether your blood pressure is high
or low is to have it checked. High blood pressure is well-defined as having a reading of 140/90mmHg or above (or 150/90mmHg or higher if you are over the age of 80). A blood pressure result of less than 90/60mmHg is considered low.
Once the diagnosis has been established and medical treatment has begun, the patient might consider beginning professional Chakra Therapy to enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing.
The Hrit Padma Chakra or the Sacred Heart Chakra is associated with irregularities in blood pressure. This chakra is about complete freedom to love, to be kind, affectionate and compassionate. Sacred Heart (Hrit Padma) Chakra is another name for the Supreme Self or Atman. It is the essential and ultimate nature, the indescribable dimension of our being. The subtle calling of infinity radiating from the indescribable, is the most direct experience of the Sacred Heart chakra. In the simplicity of this vibration lies the freshness of revelation – a revelation which comes from within. When the energy flow to the Sacred Heart is blocked or stagnated, many negative and repressed feelings that has been stored at this energy center can cause physical ailments such as abnormal blood pressure. An unblocked Hrit Padma is miraculously effective in relieving and even curing physical ailments related to its blockage including blood pressure irregularities.
Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.
Chakra therapy opens the Hrit Padma Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can counteract blood pressure.
Stress and a lack of harmony in the flow of our relationships with family and friends cause blood pressure to fluctuate by increasing the heartbeat in stressful situations and decreasing the pressure of the blood when we feel rejected by others or alone. In the case of hypertension, the most common fluctuation, it is usually caused by family tension among family members. Our relationship with ourselves, others and the world are the causes behind blood pressure fluxes.
