Fever, medically termed pyrexia is a body temperature that is higher than normal. It is a symptom resulting from several diseases. Fever occurs in anyone regardless of age. Fever normally takes place in response to any infection as with the flu virus or even with the swelling that occurs with tissue injury or disease. Other causes of fever may include poison, drugs, heat, hormonal issues, etc. In this age many of us do not notice or give importance to repeated occurrences of fever and continue our regular day to day activities even with a high temperature, which is becoming a modern-day dangerous routine.

Fever or rather recurring fever is associated with Heart Chakra or Anahata Chakra which governs sensitivity and feelings. A person, who is internally sensitive to outside situations and people, will face recurring fever. Recurrent fever occurs when a person’s emotions are not in check.

Anahata Chakra regulates the skin and breath. Any blockage of the Heart chakra leads to frequent fever. To unblock this Chakra one must realize the feelings of grief and fear and heal them.
