Headache – Frontal and Back

Headache – Frontal and Back

Headaches are common, and many people treat them by taking simple pain relievers, drinking extra water, resting, or waiting for the headache to go away on its own. Almost everyone will experience headaches at some point in their lives. Most headaches are not actually caused by anything serious or sinister. People are understandably concerned if their headaches appear to be different (particularly severe, frequent or unusual in any other way). Its physical symptoms are caused by an increase in the activity of nervous impulses sent from the brain to various parts of the body, as well as the release of adrenaline (epinephrine) into the bloodstream when we are stressed.

Tension headaches are usually felt as a band or across the forehead. Migraine headaches are one-sided and throbbing. Cluster headaches are very severe, also called as “suicide headaches”. They repeatedly occur in groups or cycles, often accompanied by watery eyes and nasal congestion. Sinus headaches usually come with fever. They occur due to sinus infection. Rebound headaches occur due to overuse of painkillers for headaches. Chronic tension headaches are caused due to muscle tension in the back of the neck (neck injury or tiredness). Exertional headaches are associated with strenuous physical activities such as running, coughing and straining with bowel movements.

Most headaches pass on their own and are not indicative of anything more serious. If they occur often and last longer than 30 minutes, drink lots of water, rest if you have a cold, try to relax – tension may aggravate headaches – and take paracetamol or ibuprofen tablets as required. If you suffer persistent headaches, such as migraines, for no apparent reason, you should see a doctor.

Once the diagnosis has been established and medical treatment has begun, the patient might consider beginning professional Chakra Therapy to enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing.

Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.

Chakra therapy opens the Ajna Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can counteract headaches.

People with an imbalanced Ajna Chakra (Third-Eye Chakra), which is located in the center of their forehead, are more likely to experience headaches. In yoga, this Chakra is associated with the power of thought and is responsible for controlling the personality of an individual. Those who have a balanced Ajna will have clear judgment and be at ease in their minds. When the Ajna is obstructed, it results in issues such as frustration and headaches, leading to recurring headaches like migraine in extreme cases. The Ajna Chakra must be open in order to exercise self-control over these.

A key spiritual cause of headaches is self-criticism. They are often used as an excuse to avoid tasks or underperform. Pain in the back of the head signifies something from your past that is incomplete and unforgiven. A blocked crown chakra is another probable source of the headaches. The crown chakra (Sahasrara) positioned at the top of the head. However, headaches may occur when our Sahasrara chakra expands. When this chakra is aroused and opens up, you may feel as if your head is being operated on, as if needles or rods are being inserted into your skull. The discomfort may sometimes be alleviated by requesting the Supreme Consciousness and your Higher Self to modify the energy flow.
