Nightmare
A nightmare, also known as an unpleasant or bad dream, is an unpleasant dream that can elicit a strong emotional response from the mind, most commonly fear, but also despair, anxiety, and great sadness. Nightmare themes vary significantly from person to person, but common themes include being chased, falling, or feeling lost or trapped. The dream could include scenes of discomfort, psychological or physical terror, or panic. Following a nightmare, a person frequently awakens in distress and may be unable to return to sleep for a short period of time.
Children who have lost a family member or a close friend, or who know someone who has a chronic illness, have more nightmares than those who only face stress from school or stress from social aspects of daily life. Recurrent nightmares may necessitate medical attention because they can disrupt sleep patterns and cause insomnia.
Chakra therapy is based on the belief that your eyes are the instruments through which you experience visual reality, and that when you refuse to see/accept reality for what it is, or live in a delusory world as a result of past traumatic experiences, fantasies, and imaginations, you may manifest such physical ailments.
If someone is suffering a nightmare, the best thing to do is to remain cool and wait for them to settle down. Most individuals who have nightmares grow out of them, but see your doctor if they recur multiple times a night or most nights.
Once the diagnosis has been established and medical treatment has begun, the patient might consider beginning professional Chakra Therapy to enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing.
Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.
Chakra therapy opens the Ajna Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can counteract nightmares.
People with an imbalanced Ajna Chakra (Third-Eye Chakra), which is located in the center of their forehead, are more likely to experience internal emotional outbursts leading to nightmares. In yoga, this Chakra is associated with the power of thought and is responsible for controlling the personality of an individual. Those who have a balanced Ajna will have clear judgment and be at ease in their minds. When the Ajna is obstructed, it results in issues such as disturbed subconscious patterns on thinking and imagination, leading to nightmares. The Ajna Chakra must be open in order to exercise self-control and correct these.
In spiritual terms, a nightmare indicates a powerful negative energy. Those who actively release suppressed/unconscious patterns of fear via awareness report a decrease in the number of terrible dreams and an increase in the number of happy dreams over time. When your dreams are overwhelmingly good, it’s a sure sign that your vibration is free of negativity to a large degree. The human mind’s unconscious nature is to “avoid” staring at images/thoughts that cause dread. When you are terrified of something, though, you wind up feeding its strength since your anxiety draws attention to it.
