About Brahma Vishnu Mahesh Trimurti Puja | Objective of Trimurti Puja
In the Trimurti Puja, three deities; Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh are worshipped together. Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Mahesh together referred to as the Divine Trimurti(triard), are the three primary Deities in Hinduism. Trimurti Puja is an elaborate Puja in which all the three primary Gods or energies are invoked and worshipped for the blessings of good health, wealth, progress, protection, prosperity, wealth, success, spiritual growth, happy family life and much more.
The three Deities symbolize the three primary aspects of existence which are creation, sustenance and destruction. Lord Brahma is the creator, Lord Vishnu is the protector and Lord Mahesh or Shiva is the destroyer. The three primary energies or supreme truths in themselves represent the entire universe both at micro and macro levels such as they represent the three primary states of existence of everything around us which are birth, life and death. Worshiping Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh together is very meritorious for spiritual elevation and for blessings of health, success, happiness and prosperity. As per scriptures energies of the Trimurti are encompassed within the mantra Aum. The three syllables of AUM symbolize the three principles of existence which signify Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Silver Tabeez : This amulet consists of the Brahma Vishnu Mahesh Trimurti Puja Mantra written on Bhojpatra which was energized in the Puja. It can be worn around the neck.
Mauli/Molly Thread : This Holy thread can be tied on the right hand
Dry Fruits Prasad : These were offered to Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, Lord Mahesh and can be consumed by the Yajman/Participant
