Hrishikesh is one of the names of Lord Vishnu/Krishna and means that He is the owner of the senses of all living beings, as everything is a part and parcel of Him. Chandrama refers to Moon, which balances mind and emotions, increases intuitive power, psychic abilities. Agni is Fire or Agni Dev, who has been worshipped since ancient times, is feared and loved because He can destruct but removes darkness.
