This rare and powerful idol features fine carving of Lord Kartikeya in sacred Shaligram stone. Kartikeya is featured sitting in Lalistasana on His mount, the peacock representing control over pride and superiority. His right hand raised in Abhayam mudra signifying blessings of assurance of protection. In His lower left hand, He holds a mace representing strength and in His upper arms He holds a Vel (spear) signifying focus on goal and chisel signifying skill to manifest one’s essence. Lord Kartikeya, also known as Murugan or Skanda is the Lord of victory. He represents strength, victory over enemies, action and assets. Place the idol in you puja altar for blessings of courage, wisdom, harmony, security, intelligence and love. The idol also helps for removal of negative energies, Vastu defects and malefic of planet Mars.
