This Meditation stick made in solid wood in golden inlay design is a traditional tool used for Yoga, meditation and mantra chanting practice. With detachable feature, the stick is portable and easy to carry during travel. For Mantra Japa: The curvy portion is used to rest the arm while raising hand during the Mantra japa as the mala should not hang below naval point as mark of respect. Pranayam: The armpit is placed on the curvy portion for changing the course of breath flow from left to right nostril or vice versa as one of the practices of Pranayam.
