Description

This rare idol of Lord Varaha carved on sacred Shaligram stone is a divine and powerful idol for your abode. In this idol, Lord Varah is portrayed with a head of a boar and four arms. His tusks grip the Earth and His left arm grip a Lotus. He holds a Mace in His right hand and a Conch and Chakra in His other arms. The idol is engraved in such a way that it gives an antique appeal. The back of the idol has naturally formed spiral fossil mark of the divine Shaligram stone. Varah is an avatar (incarnation) of Lord Vishnu, Who incarnated to rescue and restore Mother Earth to Her place in the universe. Varaha avatar represents auspicious transformation of life. With his divine blessings one overcomes materialism and yearns for spiritual awakening. Meticulously carved in natural Shalilgram, the divine idol is highly effective in removing Vastu defects and negative energies from the dwelling. The Shaligram idol does not need to undergo the ritual of Pranprathistha (life invoking ritual), as Shaligram is the representation of Lord Vishnu himself.
