Thyroid problems arise slightly above the upper lungs and are related to the Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra. Chronic thyroid disorders occur as a result of communication barriers. When a person holds back on expression or free will
due to outside pressure, the Vishuddha Chakra becomes imbalanced. When the Vishuddha Chakra is out of balance, a person experiences communication difficulties, timidity, and thyroid issues.
Recurrent thyroid problems are caused by an imbalance or blockage of the Vishuddha chakra. Many thyroid problems can be controlled and treated by harmonizing the Throat Chakra, allowing an individual to live a normal life by its own uniqueness.
