Heart Diseases
Cardiovascular disease or heart disease involves the heart and the blood vessels. Some of the known heart conditions are angina and heart attacks; other conditions are hypersensitive heart disease, stroke, and cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, etc. Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major cause of death worldwide. Some of the symptoms of sudden heart disease are painful or uncomfortable feeling inside chest, heaviness or aching sensation in the chest.
Chest discomfort may occur if your coronary arteries become partly clogged (angina). This may be a somewhat unpleasant sensation comparable to indigestion.
A heart attack may occur if your arteries become totally clogged (myocardial infarction). Heart attacks may cause lasting damage to the heart muscle and, if not treated promptly, can be deadly. Heart failure may occur in individuals with CHD. The heart becomes too feeble to pump blood throughout the body, causing fluid to reach the lungs and making breathing more difficult. Heart failure may occur abruptly (acute heart failure) or gradually over time (chronic heart failure) (chronic heart failure).
Heart diseases are a range of conditions that affects the heart. Disorders of the arteries such as narrowed or blocked blood vessels also affect the heart and may lead to heart diseases. Conditions that also affect the heart’s muscle, valves or rhythm are also deemed as heart disease. Most forms of heart diseases can be prevented by making healthy lifestyle choices. Heart diseases can be prevented, controlled and treated by balancing Anahata Chakra.
If you feel like having any of the symptoms described above like chest pain or breathlessness, you must consult your medical doctor as soon as possible. If those include a feeling of heaviness in your chest, a stomach ache or heartburn, then you should call your nearest Emergency room at the Hospital immediately, as these are symptoms of having a Heart attack which is a life-threatening condition.
In most of cases of heart related diseases, the symptoms are mild and can be controlled by medication and medical follow-up, though.
Once the diagnosis has been established and medical treatment has begun, the patient might consider beginning professional Chakra Therapy to enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing.
Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.
Chakra therapy opens the Anahata Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can counteract heart diseases.
Heart disease is associated with the Heart Chakra or Anahata Chakra, which governs sensitivity and feelings. A person, who is internally sensitive to outside situations and people; or becomes dependent on any object or when the object becomes dependent on them leads to various heart conditions.
Anahata Chakra regulates the breath which is related to the heart. Heart conditions also occur when a person’s emotions are not in check. To open this Chakra, one must realize the feelings of grief and fear and heal them. This chakra is associated with the emotional aspects of heart like affection, compassion, devotion, trust and harmony in relationships.
Once Anahata chakra is balanced or energized, the person is less prone to heart diseases and in the case of already suffering one of these, they can be controlled and treated with a much better outcome.
The heart chakra is linked to the Anahata chakra. This chakra connects the lower and higher chakras, uniting the manifest and the spiritual. This chakra also has a direct impact on the lungs, heart, arms, chest, and hands. When the spine is misaligned, it may cause high or low blood pressure, circulation problems, and various lung and heart problems.
Many individuals who have heart issues are thought to be heartless or selfless. Avoiding dealing with one’s own difficulties in favor of concentrating on issues over which one has no control may result in heart disease. Furthermore, if you have heart problems, you may have a tendency to take everything to heart or to take things too seriously. You are not enabling appropriate flow in your life, whether it be the flow of love, ideas, or even your own lifeblood.
Focusing on material things while doing nothing else may result in a heart attack. An erratic heartbeat may indicate that a person is reluctant or unable to adhere to a pattern or schedule. Other reasons include coping with problems like as anger, sadness, or a lack of affection.
Important Note: Cardiovascular illnesses in children are a clear indication of emotional issues within the family unit.
