Description
Babulnath Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Babulnath (Lord Shiva) located in Mumbai, India. The temple is located 1,000 feet above the sea level overlooking the Arabian Sea. The original ancient temple dates back to the 12th century, the current temple was rebuilt in the 18th century. On Mondays, in the Shravan month and on the annual Mahashivratri festival the Babulnath Temple is thronged by thousands of Shiva devotees.
