Description
The powerful Shaligram Shila is a representation of Lord Vishnu and has been worshipped since ancient time. This Shaligram is named Laxmi Narayan Shankh Shaligram Shila and has clear impressions. Goddess Laxmi is the Goddess of wealth, good fortune, material abundance and also the consort of Lord Vishnu. Narayan is another name of Lord Vishnu. The Shankh or Conch shell, is auspicious and is very dear to Lord Vishnu as it is said to be the residing place of Goddess Laxmi, His consort. The Shankh is always seen in Lord Vishnu’s hand and is also one of the emblems of Lord Vishnu. This Shaligram Shila is a harbinger of material contentment, success and Divine grace.
