Rig Veda Yajna

Vedas mean knowledge, wisdom or vision. The Rig Veda is the oldest amongst all Vedas and other Hindu scriptures. Rig Veda consists of more than 1000 Vedic hymns dedicated to different Deities. These Vedic hymns were composed by various sages such as Vishwamitra, Uddalaka, Gritsamada, Atri, Vasishta, Bhrigu and more. Rig Veda is believed to be no ordinary human text and that it existed even before the universe came in to existence. The Vedas got revealed and were decoded by sages who were demi-Gods themselves. For centuries the Vedas including the Rig Veda were passed on from generation to generation orally. Although the time of penning down of the Vedas is still debatable, scholars believe that the surviving written form of the Rig Veda dates back to 2000 BC. The Rig Veda is divided in 10 Mandalas which are further divided in to 1028 Suktas and finally in to 10,552 mantras. The Rig Veda is holiest of all ancient Hindu scriptures and reciting the Vedas washes away all sins and provides spiritual upliftment.

You may connect with the priest during the puja (video or phone call) on WhatsApp or Skype and watch the rituals live. Puja Tokr having prasad, energized Rudraksha, silver tabeez and yantra would be sent along.
